It's time to get spoooooky! Join us this week as we slide into the Halloween spirit with the soundtrack to SHAUN OF THE DEAD! Not only is Edgar Wright's 2004 debut one of the greatest horror comedies of all time, the soundtrack is a rip-roaring ride through 80s power pop classics, hip-hop and electro beats, a couple of Queen songs, and all points in between.
Wright is one of the last filmmakers standing who truly cares about curating a quality pop soundtrack, so this is definitely not the last we'll hear of him on this podcast. In this episode, we get into our favorite Queen songs, the implied history between Shaun and Liz, and how much it hurts to see vinyl destroyed...
